ELEMENTAL AND MAGICAL ASSOCIATIONS OF PLANTS
The four elements (Earth, Air, Fire and Water) are the basic components of the universe. All that exists between Heaven and Earth or has the potential to exist is said composed of one or more of these energies. 
The most fundamental manifestations of the elements are natural. A handful of dirt for Earth, a cloud moving in a breeze for Air, flame for Fire and a stream for Water.
The elements are much more than physical objects they are the energies behind all things.
Many plants correspond to the elements. In turn, each element is associated with specific magical goals, as listed below.
